Why do I get an "Access is denied" error?
Your file could not be saved to the server because of the following error: Access is denied.
The thing to check here is that the folders you are trying to save images to, which are by default all within the prodimages folder, do actually exist and have the necessary write/modify permissions. This can probably be taken care of in your hosting control panel or by asking your host to set write/modify permissions for IUSR.
ServeLink hosting customers do not need to have special permissions set, but their FTP user name and password should be entered in the configuration settings page. This page is presented during installation and can also be accessed later from the link at the foot of the store admin home page.
