Problems? Complaints?
We all know things don't always go as planned but we're here to make things right. If you're a ServeLink client then a secure support ticket is your best route to resolution of any problem you might find with any of our services and every member of the support crew has the ability to assist at any level and fix your issue if at all possible, we will respond to your complaint within 1 working day and aim to resolve any issues within 3 working days. Because of this, escalation to senior management should seldom be necessary but if you need a more senior staff member to look over your ticket then a simple request will make that happen.
